Building systems change capacity with Save the Children UK This February Wicked Lab began working with Save the Children UK. Wicked Lab building the capacity of their Children’s Communities and Local System Change team to take a complexity approach in leading systemic change. Led by Paul Perkins, Head of Local Systems Change, this project will focus on how a systemic innovation, complex adaptive systems and ecosystem approach can support the place based system change work of Save the Children across the UK.
