A recording function enables users to track initiatives in a geographical community that are addressing the targeted wicked problem and the organisations that are collaborating on those initiatives.
The tool includes a series of audio and video tutorials on the nine Focus Areas which support users to understand and use the tool.

A diagnostic scorecard shows users the density of effort across the tool's nine Focus Areas. Five of these Focus Areas assist communities to transition to a new way of working that has increased system functioning and performance. The remaining four Focus Areas assist governments to support systemic community innovation and change.
The tool's scorecard highlights Focus Area characteristics that are not being addressed by initiatives. This enables users to to see gaps in effort and work on strategies and initiatives to improve their success.
The scorecard can also be embedded into a website, enabling users to communicate the initiatives and organisations that are collaborating on a particular wicked problem. The scorecard will also automatically update when additional information is entered.
